Presence of SILVER in PHOTOGRAPHIC Films
As we know there is silver in x-ray films, similarly we can recover pure silver from photographic films in general language we call photo negatives. We can find more silver in unexposed films compared to exposed one. Process is same as explained in “SILVER recovery from X-RAY Films” Content of silver is 7grams to 9grams in 1kg of unexposed films. More number of black colored area you can expect more number of silver.
But since more number of photo laboratories are getting digitized, number of photo films getting minimized, but you can find the scrap films or dumped new films because of outdated technologies you can try to find the treasure paying negligible scrap price. Difficulty is finding the one.
